Preview -Leeds United v Arsenal

Preview: Leeds United v Arsenal

Arsenal are the visitors to Elland Road with both sides looking for a win following the International break.

Leeds are boosted by the news that Kalvin Phillips is back from injury and should go straight into the starting line up. Rodrigo is also available following the end of his isolation period and he could slot into midfield as Pablo Hernandez misses this game through injury. Marcelo Bielsa may however opt to start Tyler Roberts and use Rodrigo from the bench.

Hernandez is joined on the sidelines by Jamie Shackleton and Diego Llorente who are still recovering from their respective injuries

Arsenal have suffered 3 defeats in their last four games and have been struggling to score goals, hopefully that will continue at Elland Road tomorrow afternoon.

Mikel Arteta has injury worries of his own with Thomas Partey ruled out with an injury he picked up on international duty for Ghana while Mohamed Elneny and Sead Kolasina both returned positive Covid-19 tests and are therefore ruled out.

It was the FA cup game against Arsenal when everybody suddenly started to take notice of our style of play and this season we have performed better against teams with a similar style of play to Arsenal, so hopefully tomorrow will see us return to the form we showed at the start of the season.
