We have collaborated with Bearface Conditioning to create a home workout challenge for our followers.
We know many of our followers are unable to maintain their gym routine at the moment and are looking for different ways to stay active for both their physical and mental health.
We also know that our fans are missing Leeds United so this workout incorporates our favourite club. We have all seen our players sharing their at-home workouts and this is your chance to join in the fun.
Lockdown Like Leeds has been created by Bearface founder Kristian Sharples, a qualified strength and conditioning coach and a fellow Leeds United fan.
We will be releasing different parts of the workout over the next few weeks with Part One launching today.
The workout can be done by adults and children alike so it can be built into home schooling routines and bring a little part of Leeds United into the daily routine.
Kristian said, “We are all trying to help each other at the moment and this work out is a bit of fun for all the Leeds fans but at the same time it can keep people physically active in their own homes and gardens.”
Bearface Conditioning aims to provide coaching for athletes and teams and can be followed on Twitter twitter.com/BF_Conditioning)
Fans can share their workouts via our social media platforms.
