Preview: Hull City v Leeds United

Tomorrow’s Leap Day visit to Hull City gives us a chance to close the gap on West Brom to just 1 point, even if just for a couple of hours.

There are just 11 games to go including tomorrow and that final countdown is getting ever closer.

We haven’t had an update from Marcelo Bielsa as there was no press conference ahead of tomorrow’s game. The big question is whether Kalvin Phillips will return. Phillips is undoubtedly one of our best players and if fit, should return to the starting line-up. However, it would be good to see Berardi getting another start or at least more than a few minutes at the end.

Jean-Kevin Augustine is likely to be missing once again with a hamstring injury, so the only change may be the return of Kalvin Phillips.

Hull are decimated by injury and had Tom Eaves ruled out for the season earlier this week. They are also winless in 10 and we need to take advantage and extend that poor run to eleven tomorrow.

Another 1-0 win? If we do, it will be the first time we have won 4 consecutive games by that scoreline since 1964.

What I would like is a comfortable 3-0 win, but this is Leeds United… we don’t do comfortable!!
